Complaints about Everrise and H&L supermarket

I am very very very angry today.

Today, I went to buy a light bulb at H&L BDC, the staffs apparently is too ignorant to help me get the light bulb out of the locked shelf. Note this, staffS. Plural.

Frustrated, I went to Everrise instead to buy the light bulb. The same thing happened. When I looked at them they simply "fake fake" count stock and ignore me. They have time to flirt with each other but to notice me. I was thinking wanna smash the glass for their attention already.

I have to go to the counter to tell the cashier that I want to buy a light bulb.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER, DON'T LOCK THE SHELF LAH!!!! IF NOT DON'T SELL LIGHT BULBS LAH!!!!!

It seems that after Boulevard and Spring threat has subsided the customer service quality became really bad.

Or maybe Everrise already became too high and mighty to serve a customer buying a light bulb?

I have sent a complaint e-mail to them, but I highly doubt that they will read it.

After all, they are HIGH AND MIGHTY

*update* At least they reply to my complaints. Let's see what they can do.

I wonder what u write in the complain letter. Aiyo, cool down. kch serving attitude memang very very lousy one and i'm dare to say never never improve. even Riverside Parkson also. Last time i also made complaint but they are so "Fu Yan".KNS what to do?! so just to get use with it bah. dont angry dont angry~

Well, I haven't seen any improvement yet but at least they got reply me.
