Swinburne is seriously short of parking space, whoever comes later than 2.30pm will not have any proper place to park their respective vehicles.
Not too sure about the time in the morning, it should be something like:
8:00am 2nd floor car park
8:30am 5th floor car park
9:00am maybe 6th floor car park
10:00am good luck finding a parking space
lol.
